This is a very nice quiet hotel near the river the old part of Geneva. Staff are friendly, speak multiple languages, and helpful with directions. The property is in good condition and our stay there was quite nice.

Everything is good for this hotel except for the remote location. You may be able to enjoy their ride service for free from Zermatt station to this hotel when you check in. Try to have a dinner here since their chef could make a really nice dishes.

We stayed in the rooftop terrace penthouse and cannot recommend it more—worth way more than what it costs!! The entire hotel was so cute. The staff was very friendly—we didn’t feel like just a number there! Will be coming back in the future.
